Welcome to our team! This guide provides an overview of the registration process and what to
expect to prepare for the season. Registration Steps: all 5 of these must be completed to be considered fully signed up.

1. Rider Questionnaire
Contact us and we will send you a new rider questionnaire so we have some background information that will help us place you with compatible riders. Once we have that, look for emails to join PitZone & TeamSnap.

2. Pit Zone (NICA)
Once we have the parent’s email from the questionnaire, we will send you an invitation from the PitZone, the registration portal for NICA/ NorCal. NICA/NorCal provides the club with liability insurance and supplemental medical insurance for the rider. Please use the rider’s full legal name here (no nicknames) and make sure the student is registered, not the parent. You will need to pay $60 to NorCal and $50 to NICA as dues to the league in the PitZone. You can use PitZone later for race sign-up; no need to commit now.

3. Team Snap
You will also get an invitation from Wildcat Composite to join TeamSnap. This is how we store contact & medical information for coaches and how we communicate our schedule. Every rider needs TWO different emergency contact people. (Coaches, you cannot be your own emergency contact!) Neighbors, family friends, or someone local who knows where to take you and how to help further your care are all good options. Phone numbers are needed for your emergency contacts, NOT emails. Your preferred name is fine to use here, and a photo will help us get to know you faster. Team Snap is also the app we use to inform team members of the ride schedule and location and register attendance.

4. Club Dues Payment
Please pay $175 to Cortis Cooper either via check or PayPal (wildcatcompmtb@gmail.com). This covers team supplies, club management, a new jersey every 2 years, and helps cover the cost of coach licensing.

5. Proof of vaccination
We are requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination to participate if you are eligible. Please email a photo of your CDC vaccination card or your digital COVID-19 record to wildcatcompmtb@gmail.com
